Unfortunately once your package has left our establishment we are not long in control or responsible for the items. Please contact us if this happens and we will do our best to help you locate your items or direct you to USPS to submit a claim.

Returns

We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days for unused and unwashed items. Original tags must be attached.

Sale & clearance items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted.

Yes, we are happy to exchange if the item is still in stock. If the item is out of stock store credit will be issued.

If you need to return an item please contact customer service at: dress.sts@gmail.com to approve your return. If your return is approved we will issue you a return label.

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We will gladly issue you a return label and will deduct the cost from the store credit issued. You are also welcome to use your own return label.

If your item is damaged or defective please contact customer service and provide a photo of the item within 3 days of receiving the item.
